Pricing: Prices quoted are good for 30 days.

Terms: 1% 10 - net 25 days with established credit. Range/dryer cords are net 15 days. Interest will be charged at 2% on accounts over 30 days and will be put on C.O.D.

Freight: Free delivery on shipments for orders of $500 net to one location in the continental United States. Orders which do not meet the prepaid minimum will be shipped prepaid with freight charges added to the invoice. All orders shipped FOB factory. We reserve the right to determine the carrier for all shipments where Casway Distributors, LLC is paying the freight. When the customer specifies a particular carrier, the customer must pay the difference if their rates are higher than the Casway Distributors, LLC specified carrier. Casway Distributors, LLC's carrier of choice is FEDEX

Shortages: Instruct your receiving personnel to check the delivery receipt against the number of pieces delivered before signing the delivery receipt. In the event of shortages, always record the shortage on the delivery receipt. Notify Casway Distributors, LLC and the carrier of any shortage.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned for credit, unless permission has been granted by Casway Distributors, LLC and a restocking number has been issued. The restocking number MUST appear on all packages and correspondence. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on merchandise returned in good condition. Freight prepaid.
